Accomplish the online application form. Once done, you will be provided with your login credentials to access the MPASS Applicant Portal and continue with your application.

Important reminders before proceeding to the online application for Senior High School:

• This application form is for incoming senior high school students only.
• For complete application requirements, click here.
• Kindly fill out properly the required fields and upload the necessary documents if applicable.
• For incoming SHS students, if your final grade in Math, English, Science and GWA is 85% and above during your Grade 9, you are exempted to take the MPASS. Please upload your Grade 9 report card (Front & Back) and make sure to save it in a PDF file. The school’s name, grades and signature of your principal/adviser should also be visible.
• For Malayan High School of Science (MHSS) – all students are waived in paying the MPASS fee.

a. If their preferred strand is STEM, they need to get a final grade of 85% and above in the Grade 9 Math, English, Science, and general average to be exempted.

b. If their preferred strand in non-STEM, they are exempted from taking the MPASS.

• They need to upload a clear copy of their Grade 9 report card signed by the principal from MHSS in the online application form. (Front and back copies are required)
• For MPASS and reservation payment, it is non-refundable and non-transferable but deductible on your matriculation upon enrollment.
• For waived applicants, kindly log in to your applicant portal to view your cardinal edge account.
• Misinformation will automatically nullify application and enrollment.

 

Pay for the Mapúa Program Placement Assessment (MPASS).

For MPASS via Blackboard (Cardinal EDGE): Pay the MPASS fee in the Applicant Portal. Upon confirmation of payment, you may now proceed in choosing “Anytime, Anywhere” schedule for your MPASS.

 

Take the MPASS through Cardinal EDGE.

Note: You may log in to your Mapua applicant portal to view your cardinal edge account and right after taking the MPASS, you can see your results to your portal. Once you log in to the Cardinal EDGE read carefully the pre-exam requirements.

 

Pay for the slot reservation for enrollment. Log in to the Applicant Portal, choose your preferred program, and pay the non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of Php 5,000.

Note: For those who will not pay the reservation fee, choose your preferred program/strand then click “Continue to Enrollment” once enrollment opens.

 

Once enrollment is open, view the enrollment requirements, schedule of classes, and fees in your Applicant Portal. Complete the enrollment process by paying the initial payment. Welcome to Mapúa University!

Mapúa University’s fully online enrollment system integrates all the activities involved in the entire enrollment process, streamlining and digitalizing admission. It aims to provide incoming Grade 11 and college freshmen students a fast and efficient way of processing their admission to the University with these easy steps:

The enrollee must log in to the Applicant Portal in order to start the Enrollment Process. Log in using the username and password provided during the application.

The enrollee must be qualified to enroll in the chosen program or strand. If the preferred program is not included in the list of program selections, please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@mapua.edu.ph for assistance.

All enrollees are required to submit a completely filled-out Student Data Sheet (SDS). The information provided on this form is for legitimate purposes specifically for enrolment to their preferred program or strand, and only authorized personnel are allowed to process such information as contained in the Data Privacy Policy of the University.

Schedules are assigned on a “first come, first served” basis. The schedule of courses will be provided soon.

Choose whether to pay the matriculation fee in full or installment.

The enrollee will be provided with a Generated Schedule and Assessment (GSA). This includes the summary of fees, payment schedule, and courses to be enrolled.

The enrollee can pay the matriculation fee and other charges in full payment or installment through the following payment channels in the Applicant Portal (except for Bank Transfer and Gcash):

As a final step in the online enrollment process, the enrollee must check their e-mail for enrollment confirmation. They will receive a message that indicates their official student number and the activation link for their MyMapua account to view/print their Electronic Certificate of Matriculation (eCM).
