Benefits

• A 25% discount on tuition and laboratory fees is extended to a child or children of regular employees of a YGC or Ayala company. A list of eligible YGC and Ayala Companies can be accessed here.

Qualifications

• Has undergone the Mapúa Program Placement Assessment (MPASS) for incoming freshmen;
• Open to incoming SHS and Freshmen and currently enrolled students (Batch 2008 onwards) who are legitimate children of permanent employees of YGC companies

Requirements

• Accomplished application form/waiver together with the certification from the HRD Head that the applicant is a permanent employee of good standing with the company
• Original/photocopy of student’s birth certificate
• Original/photocopy of marriage certificate of YGC employee
• Employee ID
• Certificate of employment

Submission of Requirements (S.Y. 2026–2027)

1. The application period for SY 2026–2027 (incoming freshmen and incoming Grade 11 only) runs from February 23, 2026, to August 7, 2026.
2. During this period, submit your complete requirements to the Mapúa Human Resources Department, through Ms. Maribel Manday (msmanday@mapua.edu.ph).
   1. Please use the following subject line: YGC/Ayala Discount Application SY 2026–2027: Surname
   2. Submit all requirements in ONE (1) PDF file.

    

Responsibilities of the grantee

• Must accomplish the promotional discount application form/waiver prior to every enrollment period
  • The HRD Head of the YGC or Ayala Company shall properly validate the application form.
  • The accomplished and validated application form/waiver must be submitted to Mapua’s HR Department (Ms. Maribel Manday – msmanday@mapua.edu.ph) for corresponding validation at least one (1) week before the start of the on-campus enrollment.
  • The validated form is then forwarded to Mapua’s Center for Scholarship and Financial Assistance (CSFA) for final validation and confirmation of the discount.
  • The validation shall take place before payment of matriculation during enrollment for every term. 
• To continuously avail of the discount, an applicant must submit a renewal form before enrollment.
